• Possibility of obtaining free tickets according to the number of passengers for inspection and organization of the event.

Benefits for attendees

• Discounts for purchase of air tickets, which will vary depending on the origin and destinations. Discounts apply to fly as of five days before the beginning of the event and 5 days after the final day of the event. They do not apply for promotional rates, taxes, airport fees, or other promotions of the airline. ​
• Easy purchasing access to acquire discount tickets.
• Accumulation of miles in our LifeMiles frequent flyer program (for members).

Conventions or incentive trips

A solution to hold business meetings or incentive trips, simply and optimizing resources.  ​

​Benefits when negotiating:

• Special group rate for the company.
• E-card of welcome and thank you to deliver to the attendees of the convention or incentive trip.
• Possibility of obtaining tickets for inspection trips, according to the number of passengers in the group.
• Possibility of obtaining free tickets for Tour Conductor, according to the number of passengers.
• Use of Avianca Tours agreements for hotels and land transportation (applies only to Colombia).
• A properly coded convention or incentive group will add up to the fulfillment of the corporate client's goal at Avianca Corporate.

• Group check-in the day before.
• Assignment of group chairs.
• Specialized attention at airports according to negotiation and operational feasibility (e.g. preferential row, name on screens, announcement on board, exoneration in baggage policy, among others).
