request a refund?
  •  If you were unable to use your ticket during COVID-19 (tickets issued before August 31, 2020 with a flight date from March 4, 2020 to October 31, 2020). You have an UATP card issued. Consult it!
  • Please note that in order to make a refund request for bookings that include infants (10 days to 24 months), you must enter your ticket number and add the other related tickets in the booking you wish to refund.
  • Learn about the flexibility policies due to the current situation generated by the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
  • Keep in mind that bank transactions may take up to 30 days before you see the credit on your account statement.
  • According to Article 17 of Decree 482, all reimbursement requests processed in Colombia during the sanitary emergency plus one additional year will be processed in services in the form of an Avianca UATP Card.
  • EMD is the document on which the additional services are issued and is different from the ticket number, which stands for Electronic Miscellaneous Document
  • Keep in mind that you should refrain from attaching sensitive documents or information such as bank statements or photographs of your credit card.
