When to arrive at the airport
Whenever you check-in online (web, mobile, kiosks):
- If you have baggage to check, arrive in advance and make the special baggage delivery line at the airport.
- If you do not want to check baggage, go straight to the boarding gate, shown on your boarding pass or screens at the airport.

No checked baggage?
If you check in 24 hours before the flight and have no baggage to check in, you can arrive to the airport as per the following times:
International flights: up to 2 hours prior to departure of your flight.
Domestic flights: up to 1 hour prior to departure of your flight.
Please keep in mind that you will need to provide all of the required documents and follow all the required processes before boarding.
