• Booking.com: Up to 40% OFF on exclusive accommodation for Avianca customers with our partner Booking.com, who book accommodation through the link you will find by clicking on the "Book now" button and using the code Avianca2021 hosted on MyAvianca (in the My profile/news section) on avianca.com. The discount does not apply on other additional flights. The discount of up to 40% applies on selected accommodations. Reservations must be made from November 1st, 2021 to November 30th, 2021, for accommodations through December 31, 2021.
• Seat selection: Up to 20% OFF on the price of Pre-allocation of seats in Avianca inventory, per trip in an economic cabin, applies to all routes operated by Avianca Costa Rica, Avianca SA, Avianca Ecuador and Taca International. The purchase must be made from November 1st, 2021 to November 30th, 2021 for travel until December 10th, 2021. It does not apply to codeshare flights. In case of change of date, the value paid for the service for the same or another may be used, regardless of the new date, in case of refund of the ticket this service is also refundable. • Rentalcars.com: Up to 15% additional discount on any offer without any type of restriction on the final price of the Car Rental with our partner Rentalcars.com for customers who book through the car link from avianca.com. The discount does not apply on insurance or other additional services, this discount is subject to Rentalcars.com terms and conditions. Applies to selected destinations, type of car and dealerships. The reservation must be made from November 1st, 2021 to November 30th, 2021, for lodging until December 31, 2021.
• Transfers with Mozio: Up to 5% OFF on the price of Transfers with our partner Mozio, on all routes operated by Avianca Costa Rica, Avianca S.A, Avianca Ecuador and Taca International for trips until December 31, 2021. The reservation must take place from November 1st, 2021 to November 30th, 2021 for travel until December 31, 2021.
• Iké travel assistance: Applies for round trip travel in all rates (XS, S, M and L, and rates in Executive Cabin) with a maximum duration of 90 days, on flights operated by Avianca Costa Rica , Avianca SA, Avianca Ecuador and Taca International. It does not apply to codeshare flights. Iké Travel Assistance applies to passengers up to 75 years of age. Exclusions: This rate does not apply to trips lasting more than 90 days, passengers with a medical recommendation not to travel or passengers with pre-existing medical conditions. In the event of a change in date, the validity of the coverage may be modified; the service is reimbursable if coverage has not started. Terms and Conditions

• Additional services that apply for Miles accrual are: Lounge Access, Travel Assistance, Reserve Your Seat, Empty Seat, Time to Think, Business Cabin Upgrade. 
• This accrual model will apply with additional services used on flights flown on or after May 18, 2021 - regardless of purchase date.
• The Elite bonus will be awarded according to the member's Elite status and the accrual factor corresponding to that status. To know your Elite bonus accumulated, you must multiply the rate by the factor that corresponds to your Elite status, you can check the factors here.
• Applies to any purchase channel (Avianca.com, Airports, Points of Sale, Call Center, Agencies) as long as the purchase of the service is available in that channel. 
• The accrual will be given for each dollar spent, it does not apply for mileage redemptions.  
• The rate in dollars (USD) to calculate the qualifying miles does not include fees, taxes or additional services.
• If you pay in a currency other than dollars (USD), the qualifying miles will be calculated based on the conversion rate in effect at the time of purchase.
• Your miles will be reflected in your account up to 15 days after you complete your flight. 
• These miles will count as minimum miles flown with Avianca for the Elite counter. To obtain and/or maintain LifeMiles Elite Status within the Program the Member must comply with the amount of Qualifying Miles and Avianca Miles flown necessary for each Elite level, as well as any other requirement to obtain and/or maintain such status. • Applies to purchases in all destinations operated by Avianca Holdings airlines.
