Activate your Avianca UATP Card
If you had a flight affected by COVID-19 activate your Avianca UATP Card. You will be able to use the credit balance to make purchases on Avianca.com and purchase additional services for your flights. The purchase of additional services on avianca.com is only available during the purchase flow. For purchases after the issuance of your ticket, you can make them at our Call Center, points of sale in Colombia or travel agencies.
Keep in mind!
If your reservation has more than one passenger, each passenger must register a profile in MyAvianca to activate the card, for each request they must enter the same reservation code.
If you have several tickets in your name, you will be able to activate the card for each ticket under the same profile.
Have your original ticket and reservation number ready to begin the activation process. The information must be handled exactly the same as on the ticket.
For minors, a MyAvianca profile must be created.
If the value of your new ticket exceeds the balance of your Avianca UATP card, you can pay at points of sale in Colombia, Call Center or travel agencies with your Avianca UATP card and other means of payment.
Consult the terms and conditions of your Avianca UATP Card. These will guide you to make good use of it.
For your security the information and balance of your card will be visible only when you click on "show data".
This Avianca UATP Card applies to all reimbursement requests made within the state of health emergency, plus 1 additional year in Colombia. For other markets it applies for tickets issued until August 31, 2020 with flight dates between March 4, 2020 and October 31, 2020.
